In this video, we will learn how to create a shareable or embedded form for our business using Bookee. Follow these steps to create forms for your business:
Go to Settings
Select Forms
Click on Create Form
You have two options:
Shareable Form: Send to customers during marketing campaigns via link or notifications.
Embedded Form: Embed in your website. No sign-up required, great for capturing leads.
Activity-based forms are triggered based on certain criteria, such as:
Someone signs up or creates an account
Someone purchases a membership
These forms require users to have an account with your business.
Click on Create Form and add new fields. You can add:
Fields in different formats
Existing properties (e.g., email, first name, last name, phone number, date of birth)
Existing properties ensure that any new information submitted is automatically saved against the Bookee profile.
Use the drag and drop function to set up your form. For example, to create a newsletter sign-up form:
Drag and drop First Name field
Edit the label and add a placeholder
Make it a required field
Add Last Name, Email Address, and Phone Number fields
Add header text or a paragraph to describe the form
Once satisfied with your form:
Click Save
Get the embed code by clicking on the provided option
Copy the link and embed it into your website
You can also generate a public link to include in email campaigns.
Download responses by generating an Excel report from the responses section. Leads created from the form will appear in the contact section, where you can view their form responses.
And that's how simple it is to set up an embedded form on Bookee!
