In this video, we will see how to configure customer settings in your app and website. Today, we will talk about the different settings available for customers and new leads.

Customer Settings

Here are the various settings you can configure for your customers:

• Gender Option: This is where you can choose the gender options shown when the client signs up to your app and website. You can choose to have them or not have them.

• Pronouns: Decide whether you want to ask for customer pronouns or not. Customize your signup form to include this personal information and make it a required field or not, depending on your preference.

• Custom Tags: Create badges or tags for customers. For example, you can create a tag for "Level One Yoga," assign it a color, and use it anywhere. These tags can be assigned to a client or customer via journeys.

System Tags

These are the system tags created by Bookey, added automatically based on certain events:

• Unpaid due

• Active membership

• Unsigned waiver
