How to Configure Appointment Settings
In this video, we will discuss how to configure various appointment settings. Below are the key settings you need to consider:
1. Appointment Booking Start and End Times
Determine when clients can start booking appointments and when the booking period closes.
2. Auto-Submission of Attendance
Set the time when you want the attendance to be auto-submitted.
3. Booking for Someone Else
Decide whether you want to allow clients to book appointments on behalf of someone else.
4. Cancellation of Appointments
Choose whether to allow customers to cancel appointments via the app and website. If this setting is turned off, customers will not be able to cancel their appointments online.
