Configure Booking Settings for Courses

Step 1: Course Visibility

Decide when you want to hide the course:

• Hide after the start date: Customers will not be able to purchase the course after it has started.

• Hide after the end date: Customers will be able to purchase the course even after it has started.

Step 2: Submission for Courses

Determine when you want the attendants to submit for courses.

Step 3: Waitlist

Configure the waitlist settings:

• Enable Waitlist: When enabled, the following setting is available:

• Inform everyone on the waitlist when a spot becomes free: When a user is added to the waitlist, they will receive a link to purchase the course once a spot becomes available. This avoids the need for refunds if they don't get into the course initially.

Additionally, set the maximum number of waiting spots for a full course.
