In this video, we will learn how to manage leads and customers in Bookee, including adding and updating lead stages and assignments.
The difference between leads and customers in Bookee is as follows:
Leads: Anyone who has purchased a trial pack or has not purchased anything and has just signed up.
Customers: Any person who purchases a membership, subscription, or package.
Let's take the example of Jane Doe. The features and functionalities for managing leads are similar to those for customers, with a few additional options:
Assigned to: Jane Doe is assigned to Rosalie, a staff member.
Lead Stage: Jane Doe's lead stage is "new".
You can change the lead stage from "new" to "scheduled" and update the assignment as well. All other features remain the same.
Add an email.
Enter the first name and last name.
Select the lead source.
Assign the lead to a staff member.
For example, John has been added as a lead. Once John's visit is completed, you can change the stage to "complete". In the complete box, you will see John, and you can then archive the lead from there. When you archive John, he will be moved to the archived section.
