Exploring Contact Management Features in Bookee

Hey, today we'll talk about the different activities you can do when you're on the contacts page. Let's dive in!
When you reach the contacts page, you'll see a table with two sections: Customers and Leads. Clicking on a contact or a customer will reveal various actions and data points available for that contact.
On the summary page, you can:
View related contacts of the selected contact (e.g., SAM).
Check and add tags (e.g., student tag).
Review subscriptions, courses, and packages.
Add a related contact or referral.
Change the password.
Edit the profile.
Merge profiles if there are duplicates.
Archive the customer.
In the bookings section, you can see:
Upcoming bookings.
Classes or courses attended.
Appointments attended.
Waitlisted items.
Cancellations.
Missed appointments.
In the payments section, you can:
View and add safe payment methods.
Check orders and payments.
Review payment plans.
Refund items or bill details within orders.
The timeline is the most powerful feature where you can see all activities for the contact. For example:
Unlimited monthly valuation.
Card additions.
Lead status changes.
In the documents section, you can:
View sent agreements and their status (signed or not).
Send new documents or agreements.
Fill new SOAP notes.
View filled forms.
If you have an active referral program, you can:
Add referrals.
Track invitations sent and accounts created.
Check if the contact has received their report.
In the details section, you can:
Edit the profile.
Change communication and notification preferences.
Add an emergency contact.
