How to Archive a Staff Member in Your CRM

There may be times when you need to remove a staff member from your CRM, perhaps they've left the studio or are no longer teaching. In these cases, you can simply archive their staff profile. Follow these steps to archive a staff member:

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Navigate to Staff: Head to the Staff section in your CRM.

  2. Select the Staff Member: Click on the staff member you want to archive.

  3. Access Archive Option: In their profile, click the three dots in the top left corner and select Archive Staff from the drop-down menu.

  4. Review Confirmation Pop-up: A confirmation pop-up will appear. This pop-up shows you all the services, classes, appointments, and courses the staff member is currently assigned to.

  5. Proceed with Archiving: If you choose to proceed, the system will automatically remove them from every service they're linked to. This ensures there are no scheduling conflicts or availability issues after they've been archived.

  6. Choose Archiving Scope: Decide whether to archive the staff member across all locations in your CRM or only in the location you are currently viewing. Choose the option that applies.

  7. Finalize Archiving: Click Archive Staff to complete the process. Your staff member is now archived.

Viewing and Reactivating Archived Staff

To view archived staff, go back to the Staff section, open the Archive Staff tab, and you'll see a list of all archived profiles. If you need to make their profile active again, simply select the staff member and click on Archive Staff to reactivate them.
