How to set up courses with credits

Using credits for a course offers several benefits for both your studio and your customers:
Customers on memberships can apply their credits toward enrolling in a course instead of paying a separate cash fee.
Instead of setting a separate payment path for courses, you keep one system, credits, across all services, making it easier to manage.
When members see they can spend their credits on courses, they're more likely to use their plan fully, reducing unused credit risk.
For customers, it feels seamless. They use their credits and are enrolled without an extra payment process.
Follow these steps to enable the credits setting while creating a course:
While setting up your course, scroll to the pricing section.
Enable the credits option.
Decide whether the course should require one credit or multiple credits per session.
Remember, this setting applies per session. For example, if your course has 10 sessions in total, and each requires one credit, the customer will need a total of 10 credits to enroll. This number is automatically calculated when they book.
Once you're happy with the settings, save your update.
Go to Setup, Pricing Options, and click Edit on the membership you'd like to include this course in.
Scroll to Services and Enable Courses.
You can either allow all courses or choose specific ones to include in the membership.
Save your changes.
That's it! Your members can now use their credits to seamlessly enroll in courses right from your app or website.
