Creating a public bio for your instructors is a powerful way to help customers connect with them. When customers click on an instructor's name on the app or website, they can learn more about who they are, their background, and why they'll love training with them. Follow these steps to set up an instructor's public bio:

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Access the Setup: Go to the Setup section and select Staff.

  2. Select the Instructor: Choose the instructor whose bio you want to update.

  3. Navigate to Public Bio: Click on the Public Bio tab and then click Get Started.

  4. Personalize the Bio: You will see several sections to personalize:

    • Instructor Description: Add a short bio about the instructor, their background, journey, and what inspires them to teach.

    • Designation: Update their role at your studio.

    • Experience: Highlight how long they've been training or teaching.

    • Qualifications: List any relevant certifications your customers would value, such as Pilates certifications, anatomy training, yoga credentials, etc.

    • Expertise: Add the instructor's specialties, so customers know exactly what they're great at.

    • Social Media Links: Include their Instagram or other platforms if you want customers to follow or learn more about your instructors.

  5. Make the Bio Public: Once everything looks good, click Make Public.

  6. View or Edit Details: You can head to Public Bio and view or edit their details anytime.

Once your instructor's bio is live, customers booking through the app or website can tap the instructor's name to view their profile and learn more about them before choosing a class or session.
