Max Allowed: Set the maximum number of participants. For a semi-private session, set this to two.
Duration: Define the length of the appointment, such as 45 minutes, which determines the time slots on the calendar.
Instructor: Assign the instructor or trainer leading the session. Multiple instructors can be added if needed.
Buffer Time: Add a short break before or after the appointment for setup, prep, cleanup, or transition between clients.
Start Time Increments: Control how often customers see available time slots. For example, set increments to 30 minutes or shorter intervals like every 5 minutes for more options.
Cancellation and No-Show Policy: Select the policy to apply, which can be created under General Settings.
Visible to Customers: Toggle this on to allow customers to see and book the appointment, or off for internal staff bookings only.
Color: Choose a color for the appointment on the CRM calendar for easy identification.
Price Settings: Click Next to move to Price Settings. Define how many credits are needed to book the appointment. Typically, it's one credit per session, but this can be adjusted for premium services.
