Comprehensive Guide to Adding and Configuring Staff

In this video, we will give an overall introduction to the staff module, how to add staff, and the different settings for a staff member.
You can access the staff module by clicking Setup and then Staff. Here, you can add a new staff member.
Follow these steps to add a staff member:
Click on Add Staff.
Fill in the mandatory fields marked with a star (*).
Select the gender and provide pronouns, date of birth, address, and country.
You need to assign a role depending on the roles you have configured. On the bottom left, you will see a list that can help you get started.
To set up availability:
Add the availability details.
Refresh the page to see a green tick indicating the availability is set up for the instructor.
To set up compensation:
Choose the type of compensation (e.g., pay per class).
Select options such as all schedules or selected schedules.
Select the payroll template and specify the amount per class.
Additional features for setting up templates for substitutes will be added soon.
Other compensation types include:
Pay per course
Pay per appointment
To integrate Google Calendar:
Click on Connect Google.
Provide Google login credentials and authorise Bookee.
Clicking the link will take you to the Google sign-in page.
The public bio is shown on the app and website for clients. You can add:
Description
Designation
Qualification
Expertise (shown as chips)
Social media links
Once saved, the bio will be live on the app, and you will see green checkboxes indicating the setup is complete.
