How to Cancel a Credit Pack on Kenko

Sometimes, you may need to cancel a credit pack before it runs its course. Canceling a credit pack stops the customer from using any remaining credits and closes out the pack immediately. Follow the steps below to cancel a credit pack on Kenko:

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Open the customer's profile.

2. Under the Credit Packs section, locate the pack you want to cancel.

3. Click on the three dots next to the credit pack.

4. Select Cancel from the dropdown menu.

5. Confirm the cancellation.

And that's it! Once a credit pack is cancelled, the customer will no longer be able to use any remaining credits.

Post-Cancellation Options

After cancelling a credit pack, you have two options:

• Manually transfer the remaining credits into another pack.

• Let the credits expire, depending on the situation.
