Book for Someone Else Feature

The "Book for Someone Else" feature allows customers to reserve a class or appointment on behalf of another person, such as a friend, family member, or colleague. This feature enhances convenience for customers and provides flexibility for your studio. For instance, parents can book for their children, or couples and friends can book for each other, making the booking experience more seamless and hassle-free.

Setting Up the Feature

1. Navigate to General Settings.

2. Locate the option to toggle on the Book for Someone Else feature.

3. Enable this option for all classes or select specific classes.

4. You can also enable the same setting under Appointments:

   • Toggle the Book for Someone Else feature on.

   • Select if it's applicable to all or select appointments.

5. Control this setting under the Individual Class and Appointment settings:

   • Open any class or appointment.

   • Enable or disable the feature as needed.

How Customers Can Book for Someone Else

When booking a class, customers will see the Book for Someone Else option. They can select an existing contact or add a new one before confirming the booking, making the process quick, seamless, and hassle-free.
