How to View Customer Bookings

You can view customer bookings directly on the calendar against each event. Additionally, you can see all bookings made by a specific customer from their profile. Follow the steps below to access this information:

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Search for the Customer: Use the global search bar to find the customer and select their profile.

  2. Access the Bookings Tab: Once the profile opens, navigate to the Bookings tab.

  3. View Bookings: Here, you'll find all their bookings categorized into sections:

    • Upcoming

    • Attended

    • Waitlisted

    • Cancelled

    • Missed

  4. Review Booking Details: Under each section, view detailed information about every booking, including:

    • Date and time

    • Service type

    • Instructor

    • Facility

    • Spot

    • Location

  5. Check Payment Status: See which subscription or credit pack was used. Unpaid bookings will be clearly marked.

  6. View Booking Timeline: Click the info icon next to any booking to see the full booking timeline. For example, in a cancelled booking, you'll see:

    • When it was booked

    • Whether it was made via the app, website, or CRM

    • When it was cancelled

    • Reason for cancellation, if provided

  7. Cancellation Details: Quickly determine whether each cancellation was late or free.

With this view, you have the complete story of every booking, cancellation, and visit right at your fingertips.
