Setting Up Your Facilities on Kenko

Before you start creating your classes, appointments, or courses, it's important to set up your facilities on Kenko. Follow this step-by-step guide to get started.

Step 1: Access the Setup

  1. Head to the Setup section.

  2. Click on Facility.

  3. Select Create Facility.

Step 2: Enter Facility Details

  1. Enter the facility name and description.

  2. Upload an image of the facility.

Step 3: Define Appointment Capacity

Determine how many appointments can run simultaneously in this space:

  • For a private Pilates room hosting two one-on-one sessions, set the number to two.

  • If the room can accommodate five sessions, update it to five.

This helps Kenko manage availability correctly when customers book appointments.

Step 4: Set Availability

  1. Choose a start date for when the facility is available. This can be today or a future date.

  2. If the space is only available for a certain period, enable an end date.

  3. Select how the availability should repeat: every week or every alternate week.

  4. Note: In case of alternate weeks, the week containing the start date becomes week one.

Step 5: Select Open Days and Times

  1. Select the days the facility is open, e.g., 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.

  2. Click apply all to quickly copy the same slots across all selected days.

Step 6: Facility Layout

This section is especially useful if you want customers to book a specific spot inside the facility:

  1. Set the number of columns to visually arrange the layout to align with the actual space.

  2. Kenko will automatically generate a spot map for customers to choose from when booking.

  3. You can also upload an image to help customers visualize the room layout.

Final Step: Create Facility

Once everything looks good, click create facility, and you're all set. Your facility is now ready to be used when creating your classes, appointments, or courses.
