How to Record Physical Gift Cards in Kenko

If you sell physical gift cards in your studio, it's essential to record them through Kenko. This ensures that the gift card number printed on the physical card is linked to a redeemable gift card in Kenko. This allows customers to seamlessly redeem the card when making a purchase on your website or app. Follow these steps to record a physical gift card in Kenko:

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Access the Point of Sale: Start by heading to the point of sale system in Kenko.

  2. Select the Customer: Choose the customer you want to sell the gift card to.

  6. Update Gift Card Details: Enter the following details:

    • Recipient name

  8. Proceed to Charge: Move forward to the payment process.

  9. Select Payment Method: Choose the appropriate payment method for the transaction.

  10. Complete the Sale: Finalize the sale to complete the process.
