Managing Customer Bookings and Payment Refunds

In this video, we will learn how to cancel customer's bookings and process refunds efficiently. Here’s a step-by-step guide:
If it's a pre-cancellation, the booking will be canceled accordingly.
If it's a late cancellation, a pop-up will appear to forbid the cancellation.
Once the booking is canceled, you will see the status updated to "canceled."
Processing payments is a crucial step. There are two options available:
Refund Item
Use Mobile Device
Select the item you want to refund.
Click on "Refund."
Choose between a partial refund or a full refund.
Note that you cannot refund an amount greater than the paid amount.
Ensure accuracy when processing a partial refund, as you cannot refund the remaining amount once a partial refund is completed.
Confirm the refund. Note that refunding does not mean the services will be canceled.
