Integrating ClassPass Bookings with Bookee

In this video, we will learn how to integrate our ClassPass bookings with Bookee for seamless management. If you've listed your business on ClassPass, you can integrate it with Bookee so that all of your bookings on ClassPass flow to Bookee, eliminating the need to switch between two apps to manage your bookings.

Steps to Integrate ClassPass with Bookee

1. Head over to the Apps section on Bookee and click on ClassPass.

2. Click on Install Now.

3. Bookee will generate the Client ID for your business and the Location ID for all the locations you've set up on Bookee.

4. Copy these IDs and share them with your point of contact at ClassPass.

5. Your point of contact at ClassPass will use these IDs to integrate your ClassPass account with your Bookee account. This process usually takes about two days.

6. Once informed that the integration is completed, your classes and instructor-led appointments set up on Bookee will automatically flow into ClassPass, and your ClassPass bookings will start flowing into Bookee.

Note: Any bookings prior to the integration will not flow into Bookee. Only sessions on ClassPass booked after the integration will be synced.

Viewing ClassPass Bookings on Bookee

Once your bookings start flowing in from ClassPass, this is how they would look on the Bookee calendar:

• Both on the CRM and the app, you can identify ClassPass bookings by the ClassPass tag against the customer booking.

Important Notes about ClassPass Integration

• Regardless of the booking window set up, class bookings can still be displayed on the ClassPass platform.

• Only class bookings configured on Bookee will be displayed on ClassPass, not facility appointments or courses.

• For instructor-led appointments, make sure to select at least one instructor and associate them with the class for it to display on ClassPass.

• If multiple instructors are selected for a given class, ClassPass will only display one of the instructors to keep things simple on their end.

• ClassPass operates without a waitlist concept.

• In the event of any cancellation, the cancellation policy is determined by ClassPass regardless of what is set up on Bookee.
