Editing a Customer's Credit Pack on Kenko

Sometimes you may need to edit a customer's credit pack by adjusting the credits available, start date, or end date. This flexibility helps you manage special situations without having to cancel and reissue a pack. Let's see how you can do this on Kenko.

Steps to Edit a Credit Pack

  1. Access Customer Profile:

    Head over to the customer's profile and click on the three dots against the credit pack you want to edit.

  2. Edit Credits:

    Click on edit. Here you can update the number of credits. This is useful when you want to:

    • Add bonus credits as a goodwill gesture.

    • Remove credits if they were applied in error.

    • Adjust credits after a refund or promotion.

  3. Update Start Date:

    This helps if a customer buys a pack early but wants to begin later, for example, after a vacation.

  4. Update End Date:

    This is helpful if you need to:

    • Extend validity for a customer who couldn't use their credits in time.

    • Shorten it if they want the credit pack to end earlier than planned.

  5. Finalize Changes:

    Select the preferred dates and hit update. You will see the updates reflect immediately.

Important Notes

  • In the case of a pack with unlimited credits or a pack that has not started yet (i.e., if the pack starts on the date of the first visit), you will not have the option to adjust credits or edit the start date.

  • Credits can be adjusted only in the case of limited credits.
