How to Sell Gift Cards on Kenko

Customers can purchase gift cards directly from your website or app. You can also sell them through the POS and the Kenko CRM. Follow these steps to sell a gift card:

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Access the POS: Start by heading to the POS and opening the Gift Cards tab.

2. Select the Customer: Choose the customer you're selling the gift card to.

3. Choose the Gift Card: Select the gift card you wish to sell.

4. Fill in the Details:

   • Recipient Name: Enter the name of the person receiving the gift card.

   • Recipient Email: Provide the email address where the card will be delivered.

   • Message: Add an optional note that will appear in the recipient's email. For example, "Happy Birthday" if it's for a sibling's birthday.

   • Delivery Date and Time: Choose when the gift card should be sent. You can send it immediately or schedule it for a future date like a birthday or anniversary.

   • From Name: Enter the name of the gifter that will appear in the email.

5. Add to Cart: Once all details are filled, click "Add to Cart."

6. Charge: Select the payment method. If the customer has a saved card, it will show up automatically. Otherwise, choose from the other payment methods enabled under general settings.

7. Complete Payment: Finally, click "Complete Payment." You've successfully sold a gift card on Kenko.

Based on the details provided, an email will automatically be sent to the recipient on the chosen delivery date and time.
