How to update business and location settings

When you first create your Kenko account or start your trial, you'll be prompted to fill in your business and location details. It's crucial to verify that all these details are correct before beginning your onboarding process. This ensures everything in your setup runs smoothly later.
Access General Settings
Navigate to General Settings, then select Business and Locations.
Review Business Details
Check your business name, primary contact name, phone number, email, and notification footer email.
If any information is incorrect, update it immediately.
You can also upload your business logo here. This logo will instantly reflect on your customer app once updated.
Review Location Settings
Update your location name, contact details, address, currency, and time zone.
Ensure your currency and time zone are accurate. If not, email your onboarding coach with the correct details for priority updates.
Incorrect settings can affect your calendar, pricing, and overall configuration.
Update Terms of Service
You can either link to an external page, such as the terms of service on your website, or add the text directly. These terms will appear to customers when they sign up for your business, allowing them to view and accept your terms before creating their account.
Save Your Changes
Once you've verified and updated all necessary details, hit save. You've successfully completed a small but essential step to ensure your entire Kenko setup runs perfectly from the start.
