How to Add and Manage Private Appointments in Your Calendar

In this guide, we'll walk you through the steps to add a private appointment to the calendar and book a customer into it.
Click on Add Event.
Select Appointment.
Select the Service.
Select the Instructor.
Ensure the appointment service and the instructor are aligned.
Decide whether you need a facility or not.
If this is a one-time appointment, select the date (e.g., tomorrow).
Set the time (e.g., 9 a.m. for 30 minutes).
Check availability to ensure the instructor is free (e.g., Brenda is available at 9 a.m.).
Select the customer by searching for them.
Verify if the customer has a membership or package available.
If using Quick Pay, you can purchase via Quick Pay or choose to charge later.
Confirm the booking. For this example, we'll choose Charge Later and confirm the booking.
Once the booking is confirmed:
Events that are charged later or unpaid will not have a filled color.
Unpaid bookings will show an Unpaid tag.
Click on Charge Now to proceed to the floating POS.
Select to book using Quick Pay.
The price of the appointment will be shown on the POS, and you can then charge the customer.
