The Auto-Renew feature provides your customers with a hassle-free experience by removing the need for manual repurchases and ensuring their service continues without interruption. Here's how it works:
When Auto-Renew is not enabled, a credit pack will expire once it reaches the expiry date you've set. For example, if a credit pack is set to expire one month from the date of purchase, it will automatically expire after that one-month period.
In the credit pack settings, you can find the Auto-Renew option for fixed credit packs. Note that this option only applies to fixed credit packs, not unlimited ones. This is because Auto-Renew for credit packs occurs based on credits being exhausted.
Expire on Expiry Date: The credit pack will expire on the set expiry date, even if a customer has zero credits left. For example, one month from purchase.
Expire Immediately: The credit pack will expire as soon as credits are exhausted.
These options are available only when Auto-Renew is turned off.
When Auto-Renew is enabled, the expiry options disappear. This is because customers will automatically be charged for a new credit pack as soon as their credits reach zero, with no set expiration. Billing continues seamlessly, ensuring there's no interruption in service until the credit pack is manually cancelled.
If a customer wishes to cancel, they can submit a request to you. You can easily cancel their credit pack from the CRM to stop future charges.
