In this guide, we will explore the process of setting up free guest passes for subscriptions and credit packs. Guest passes are a valuable feature that can help you attract new leads and reward your loyal members.
Attract New Leads: Every guest visit is an opportunity to convert a new customer.
Reward Loyalty: Offering free passes strengthens your member community.
Create Referral Loops: Guests often turn into paying customers after a positive first experience.
When you enable guest passes, you can define how many free passes are included per renewal cycle. Here's how it works:
For subscriptions, guest passes apply per renewal cycle.
For credit packs, guest passes apply until the pack expires.
For example, if you allow customers to bring up to two guests per renewal cycle, during booking:
If customers select a plan with passes enabled, their guest is booked automatically at no extra cost.
If they pick a plan without passes, the system prompts them to switch to one that includes them.
To update guest details settings, navigate to General Settings > Bookings > Classes. Here, you have two options:
Add Guest Details:
Disable this to reduce the number of clicks needed to add a guest.
Enable it to gather guest details for nurturing leads. If enabled, customers will be prompted to add the guest's name and email during booking. The guest will then be created as a lead on Kenko.
Allow Existing Members as Guests:
If disabled, customers can bring only new leads as guests.
If enabled, they can bring both new leads and existing customers as guests to a class.
Note the following regarding cancellations:
In case of a late cancellation, the guest pass is considered used and is not restored.
In case of a free cancellation, the guest pass is returned to the customer and can be used again to book guests.
And there you have it. That's how easy it is to set up and use guest passes.
