How to Manually Adjust a Customer's Gift Card Balance

  1. Access the Global Search: Click on the global search option.

  2. Find the Customer: Look up the customer by entering their details in the search bar.

  3. Select Customer Profile: Once you find the customer, select their profile.

  4. Navigate to Payments Tab: Head to the payments tab within the customer's profile.

  5. Locate Gift Cards: Here, you'll see all the gift cards linked to that customer.

  6. Edit Gift Card: Find the specific gift card you want to update and click on the edit option.

  7. Adjust Balance: Adjust the balance amount by increasing or decreasing it based on what's needed.
