How to Create Products on Kenko

Follow these steps to add a new product to your Kenko platform:

Step 1: Access the Products Section

1. Navigate to the Setup section.

2. Click on Products.

3. Select Add product.

Step 2: Update Product Details

1. Title: Enter the name of your product.

2. Status:

   • Set to Draft if you're not ready to launch.

   • Set to Active to make it available for purchase on your website and app.

3. Brand: Add the brand name.

4. Description: Provide a detailed description of the product.

5. Visibility:

   • Toggle Visible to customers to make it appear on your app and website.

   • Turn it off for staff-only sales from the POS.

6. Price: Enter the product price.

7. Discount: If applicable, add a compare-at price to show the discounted amount.

8. Tax: Choose to apply tax if necessary.

Step 3: Manage Inventory

1. SKU: Update the SKU as the unique identifier for the product.

2. Stock: Enter the available stock for each location. If you have multiple locations, manage inventory for each one listed.

Step 4: Upload Product Image

1. Upload an image to make the product visually appealing on your app and website.

Step 5: Save Your Product

1. Review all the details.

2. Click Save.

Your product is now created and ready to be sold on Kenko.
