How to Create and Manage Products on Bookee

In this video, we will learn how to create and manage products on Bookee. Follow the steps below to add products to your listing.

Step 1: Navigate to Setup

To get started, navigate to Setup, then Products, and click on Add Product.

Step 2: Add Product Details

Let's say we want to add t-shirts to our product listing. Follow these steps:

• Enter the title and brand.

• Add a description to describe the material, fit, brand, etc.

• Select whether this product will be visible to customers on your website or sold only from the point of sale.

Step 3: Define Variants

Define variants for the product, such as different sizes or colors:

• If you do not select a variant before saving, you will not be able to add variants later.

• Once variants are set up, you can edit or add them at any point.

• For example, add three different sizes and two colors (white and black).

Step 4: Set Pricing and Quantity

After adding variants, set the pricing and quantity for each variant:

• Set the price, e.g., $20.

• Set a compare-it price, e.g., $25, which will be displayed as a striked-out price on your website.

• Choose whether to apply taxes to this product.

Step 5: Add Images and Stock Keeping Unit (SKU)

Add images for each variant and update the SKU:

• Upload an image for each variant.

• Update the unique identifier (SKU) used to track products and manage inventory.

Step 6: Update Stock Availability

Update the stock availability at each location:

• Enter the quantity available at each location, e.g., 10 t-shirts per location.

Step 7: Save the Product

Once all settings are updated, click Save. Your product is now created.

Step 8: Update Product Status

You can also update the status of the product:

• Set the status to Draft or Active.

• Click Save again to apply changes.

And that's it! You have successfully created and managed a product on Bookee.
