Step-by-Step Guide to Creating a Top-Up Pack

In this video, we will guide you through the process of creating a top-up pack for customer subscriptions. Follow the steps below to set it up:
Go to Setup:
Navigate to the Setup section in your admin panel.
Select Pricing Options:
Click on Pricing Options to proceed.
Create Plan:
Choose the option to Create Plan.
Select Top-up Pack:
Choose the Top-up Pack option from the list.
A top-up pack allows your customers to add credits to their existing subscription or credit pack. This provides flexibility and ease for customers to obtain more credits without purchasing a completely new subscription or credit pack.
If a customer has exhausted all credits in their subscription during the current cycle and renewal is still a week away, they can choose to top-up the subscription and book more services instead of buying another membership or waiting for renewal.
Select Locations:
If you are a multi-location business, select which locations the top-up pack can be purchased in.
Set Up Plan Name:
Enter a plan name, for example, "5-credit-top-up", and categorize it under a membership group.
Add Description:
Provide a description for the top-up pack and click Next to proceed to the settings for credits.
Define Credits:
Specify the number of credits in the top-up pack and the applicable plans. You can choose to make it applicable to all plans or select specific plans.
Set Visibility:
Choose whether to allow customers to buy the top-up pack from the website and app, or restrict it to be sold only from POS.
Define Price:
Set the price of the top-up pack, for example, $50 for 5 credits.
Create Membership:
Click on Create Membership to complete the setup of your top-up pack.
And that's it! Your top-up pack setup is now complete.
