How to create credit packs

Credit packs are one-time memberships that your customers can purchase to book services. They do not renew automatically, making them ideal for:
New customers wanting to try your studio before committing to a subscription
Occasional visitors who don't attend regularly
Customers who prefer flexibility without ongoing billing
Head over to the setup section on Kenko and navigate to the services.
Click on 'Create Plan' and select the membership type as 'Credit Pack'.
Plan Name and Membership Group: Update the plan name and categorize the credit pack under a membership group. You can select from pre-created groups or create a new one.
Description: Add a description to inform customers about the usage of the credit pack. Use AI to optimize your description if needed.
Expiry: Set the expiry period for the credit pack. For example, choose one month for the credits to be used within that time frame.
Enable booking credits so customers can use them to book services. Select applicable services and toggle on classes if needed. You can allow booking for all or selected classes.
Choose between unlimited or fixed credits.
If fixed, update the number of credits available.
Decide whether the credit pack should be visible to customers on the app and website, and to staff at the point of sale. Turn visibility off to hide the pack temporarily if needed.
Set the price of the credit pack, including the option to enable or disable taxes.
Click on 'Create Membership' to finalize and create your credit pack.
And that's it! You've successfully created a credit pack on Kenko.
