How to Create a Credit Pack on Bookee

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1: Navigate to Setup

Go to the Setup section, then select Pricing option, and click on Create plan.

Step 2: Choose Credit Pack Option

Select the second option to create a credit pack. Remember, a subscription auto-renews over time, while credit packs are one-time purchases.

Step 3: Select Locations

Choose the locations where the credit pack can be purchased. This option appears if your business operates in multiple locations.

Step 4: Define Plan Details

• Plan Name: For example, "20 class pack".

• Membership Groups: Categorize the plan.

• Description: Explain the credit pack, its duration, and applicable classes.

Step 5: Set Expiry and Credits

Define the expiry date and the number of credits. Choose the services that can be booked using this credit pack, such as classes or appointments.

Step 6: Enable Services

Decide whether members can access all classes or select classes. Choose the applicable classes for this credit pack.

Step 7: Define Booking Limits
