How to Set Up Shared Subscriptions and Credit Packs

In this guide, we will explore the steps to set up shared subscriptions and credit packs. Follow these instructions to enable sharing for your memberships.

Step 1: Create or Open a Subscription or Credit Pack

  • Click on Create New Plan or open an existing subscription or credit pack where you want to enable sharing.

Step 2: Enable Shared Membership

  • Scroll down to find the Shared Membership option.

  • If you have set up a family membership, you can allow customers to share the membership with family or friends.

  • Toggle the option on and update the number of customers it can be shared with. For example, if you want two customers to share the membership, set it to two.

  • Save your changes once done.

Step 3: Add Sharing Members to a Shared Membership

  • Go to a customer who has already purchased the membership.

  • For example, Jess has a 10 class pack and a related contact.

  • Click on the three dots next to the membership and select Sharing Members.

  • Jess is the first member. Since two sharing members are allowed, you can add one more related contact.

  • Ensure the customer is added as a related contact before sharing.

  • Select the relevant customer from the drop-down list and hit Save.

Step 4: Verify Shared Membership

  • Check Lena's profile to see that the membership is now visible there as well.

And that's it! Sharing members can be added both by staff from the Kenko CRM or by customers themselves on the app or website.
