How to book customers into a session but charge later

The Charge Later option provides your studio with greater flexibility when handling bookings, especially for walk-ins or customers who haven't completed their payment yet. This feature allows you to confirm a booking first and collect payment afterward.
Speeds up check-ins: Secure a spot before payment during busy hours.
Improves customer experience: Allows customers to pay after class.
Provides front desk flexibility: Useful for handling payment issues or card updates.
Prevents missed bookings: Hold a spot even when payment isn't processed immediately.
Enable the Charge Later Option:
Go to Settings.
Select Payments.
Toggle on Pay Later.
Book a Customer:
Head to the calendar.
Select a class.
Choose the customer you want to book.
Select Payment Option:
You'll see two payment options: Charge with Credits and Charge Later.
Choose Charge Later and confirm the booking.
Complete Payment:
The customer's status will show as Unpaid, with an option to Charge Now.
Once the customer completes the session or has an applicable plan, click Charge Now.
Charge using credits, purchase a new plan, or select an existing one to complete the payment.
And that's it! The customer has now paid for their session.
Unpaid bookings are easy to spot on your calendar as they appear translucent. Sessions where all customers have paid bookings appear solid. This helps you quickly identify sessions with any unpaid bookings at a glance.
