The auto-renew feature provides your customers with a hassle-free experience by eliminating the need for manual renewals and ensuring their service continues without interruption. Here's how it works:
A subscription will expire once it reaches the maximum number of cycles you've set. For instance, if a subscription renews monthly with a maximum of 12 cycles, it will automatically expire after the 12th month.
Navigate to the subscription settings.
Scroll down to find the auto-renew option.
Enable the auto-renew option.
When auto-renew is enabled, the subscription will automatically extend beyond the set maximum cycles. The customer will continue to be billed without any gaps in service. In our example, instead of expiring after 12 months, the subscription will keep renewing every month until the customer chooses to cancel.
No manual work is required to sell the subscription again.
No lost revenue from subscriptions expiring once the maximum cycles are up.
If a customer wants to cancel, they can raise a request with you. You can easily process the cancellation from the CRM, ensuring it won't renew for another cycle.
Setting up auto-renew is simple. Just toggle the auto-renew option on, and subscriptions will continue seamlessly until the customer requests a cancellation. It's the simplest way to reduce manual work, prevent revenue loss, and provide your customers with uninterrupted access.
