Step-by-Step Guide to Creating and Customizing an Appointment Service

Welcome! In this guide, we will walk you through the steps to create an appointment.
Click on Appointment Services.
Add a service. For example, let's say it's a semi-private session.
Select a category. Since it's semi-private, you can specify that four people are allowed per appointment. If it's a one-on-one or private session, then it can be one per appointment. For this example, we'll keep it as four.
Set the duration. For instance, 30 minutes.
Choose whether this will be an online appointment. This is similar to setting up classes.
After saving this service, note that you will not be able to change it.
Decide if the service requires an instructor or a facility. For simplicity, we'll continue with the availability setup for Rosalie so that the slots show up.
Choose whether you want a buffer time before and after an appointment.
Select the start time increments. This determines how your slots will appear on the customer app and website.
Set the cancellation policy.
Decide if customers can book for someone else, if the appointment is visible to customers, and if it is a featured appointment. If visible, customers can book it from the app and website. If featured, it will show up as a different card on the app.
Choose the payment options:
Free appointment
Charge a quick pay amount
Charge with credits (one or multiple credits)
Book using all pricing options or selected pricing options
