How to Sell Courses via the POS System

In this video, we'll explore how to sell courses using the POS system with both upfront and payment plan options.

Setting Up the Course

I've set up a course with two payment options:

  • Pay upfront: $4,000

  • Payment plan option

Selecting a Customer and Course

I'll select Eric and choose the course. Here are the two payment options:

  1. One-time Payment:

    • Add the course to the cart.

    • Apply a discount if applicable.

    • Charge the full $4,000.

    • Option to charge $100 now and adjust the remaining amount.

  2. Payment Plan:

    • Charge $200 initially.

    • Followed by 10 payments every 15 days.

Managing Payment Plans

For the payment plan option, I'll select Sam and set up the payment plan:

  • Sam will be charged $200 initially.

  • A payment plan will be added to his profile.

Viewing and Managing Payment Plans

To manage the payment plan:

  1. Go to Sam's profile.

  2. Navigate to Payments and then Payment Plans.

  3. View the active payment plan and upcoming payments.

  4. Check the payment schedule and refund items if necessary.

Cancelling Payment Plans

If you need to cancel the payment plan:

  • Canceling the payment plan does not cancel the service.

  • You can cancel immediately or after the upcoming installment.

  • Choose whether to refund or refund all installments.

  • Ensure that canceling the payment plan also cancels the service, and vice versa.
