Managing Recurring Classes with Flexibility

Studios often require flexibility when managing recurring classes, as each session may vary. Adjusting instructors, facilities, or class sizes for each session allows for more accurate real-world scheduling. Here's how you can manage these aspects effectively:

Setting Default Options

• When creating or editing a class, you can set default options for class size, instructors, and facilities.

• These defaults will automatically apply to all time slots in the schedule.

Customizing Specific Time Slots

If you need to assign different settings for a specific time slot, follow these steps:

1. Locate the time slot you wish to customize, for example, Monday at 3pm.

2. Click on the settings icon next to that time slot.

3. Use the drop-down menu to select a different facility, assign another instructor, or adjust the class size.

4. Repeat this process for any additional time slots that require customization.

Note: If no custom details are set, the default settings will apply to all time slots. Customizing a slot will override the default settings for that specific slot only.

Finalizing Your Schedule

Once you are satisfied with the setup, click "Create Class" or "Save Changes" to finalize your schedule. You're all set!
