How to create subscriptions

Subscriptions on Kenko are recurring memberships or auto-pays that your customers can purchase to book various services offered. Follow this step-by-step guide to create a subscription:
Navigate to Setup and then Services.
Click on Pricing Options.
Click on Create Plan.
Select the membership type as Subscription.
Update the Plan Name.
Choose or create a Membership Group to categorize the subscription.
Add a Description to inform customers about the subscription's benefits and services.
Use AI to optimize your description if needed.
Select the Renewal Cycle period (e.g., every month or every four weeks).
Set the Maximum Cycles for renewal before expiration (e.g., 12 months or 24 months).
Enable Booking Credits for customers to book services.
Select the applicable services and toggle on classes if needed.
Define the Credits Available (unlimited or fixed).
Toggle visibility settings to control customer and staff access:
Turn off visibility if using the subscription for free.
Toggle off Visible on POS if you do not want it visible on the app or website.
Use this option to temporarily hide a subscription.
Update the Price for each billing cycle.
Choose to enable or disable Taxes as required.
Click on Create Membership to complete the process.
