How to update staff appointment availability

Once you've added your staff, the next important step is setting their appointment availability. This ensures that when customers try to book appointments, the available time slots match both the staff and your facility availability.
Go to Setup, then Staff, and click on the staff member whose availability you want to update.
Here, you'll see the appointment availability settings. You have two options:
Same availability for all appointment services
Different availability for each appointment service
Click Edit against all services.
Define the start date, either starting today or a future date. The end date is optional, useful if the staff member is temporary (e.g., a visiting instructor teaching only for the next few months). If they're full-time, you can leave the end date disabled.
Set the repeat schedule, either every week or every alternate week. Note that in the case of every alternate week, availability repeats based on the week containing the start date.
Select the days and the time slots the staff member is available.
Once you're happy with the settings, click Save Changes.
Select this option to see a list of the appointment services this staff member is assigned to. Note that if they're not assigned to any appointments yet, nothing will appear here.
Click Edit next to each service to define its specific availability.
Just like before, update the start date and end date, if needed, repeat schedule, days, and time slots.
For example, a staff member may be available from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., but can take semi-private lessons only from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. You can customize this exactly.
Once you're happy with the settings, save changes.
Repeat this for each assigned service.
This ensures that the time slots shown to customers on the app or website reflect the staff member's true availability for that specific appointment type.
