How to sell credit packs

Follow these steps to successfully sell credit packs to customers using the Kenko platform.
Begin by navigating to the point of sale on Kenko. Here, you can select the customer you wish to sell a membership to.
Choose the credit pack you want to sell to the customer.
Adjust the number of packs you wish to sell.
For credit packs with payment plans enabled, you have two options:
One-time Payment: Charge the customer the entire cost of the pack during the initial sale.
Payment Plan: Charge only the initial payment amount during the sale. The remaining amount will be collected based on the installment schedule. Note that with a payment plan, you can only sell one credit pack at a time.
For this example, select the one-time payment option and update the quantity to three.
Once satisfied with your selection, click on "Add to Cart." Check if the credit pack is set to start on the first visit or purchase date.
You can apply a discount in the following ways:
Use pre-created discount codes.
Apply a manual or custom discount by updating a custom percentage or value.
In this example, apply a custom discount of 10 percent. Review the manual discount amount before proceeding.
Click on "Charge" and select the payment method:
Cash
Redeem gift card
Any other custom payment method set up
If the customer has saved their card details, it will automatically appear for selection.
Once the payment method is selected, click on "Complete Payment." Congratulations, you've successfully sold a credit pack!
