How to update credit pack settings

In this guide, we will walk you through the process of updating credit pack settings and explain what changes apply to existing purchases versus new purchases.
Access the Edit Option:
To begin, click on the edit option next to the credit pack you wish to update. You can modify all settings under credit packs, and most updates will apply to both existing and new purchases.
Understand Exceptions:
There are a few exceptions where updates will only affect new purchases. For these settings, any active credit packs purchased before the update will remain unchanged.
Update Expiry Date:
When you change the expiry date, this update will only apply to new purchases made after the update is saved. Customers who already own the pack will retain their original expiry date.
Modify Credits:
If you adjust the credit setting, such as changing from fixed to unlimited or altering the credit count, this change will only affect new purchases. Existing credit packs will maintain their original credit setup.
Adjust Start Membership From:
This setting also only applies to new purchases.
Update Price:
Any changes in price, including the one-time payment amount, tax applicability, payment plans, and enrollment fee, will only take effect for customers who purchase the pack after the update is saved.
Save Changes:
Once you are satisfied with the updates, save the changes. And you're done!
