Setting Up Payments on Kenko

Before you begin setting up anything on Kenko, it is crucial to link your Stripe account. This ensures that all your payments are processed seamlessly and securely.

Step-by-Step Guide to Linking Your Stripe Account

  1. Create a Stripe Account:

If you don't already have a Stripe account, start by creating one.

  2. Access the App Section in Kenko:

Once your Kenko account is created, navigate to the App section and click on Stripe.

  3. Install Stripe:

Click on "Install Now" to begin the installation process.

  4. Link Your Stripe Account:

    • If you've already linked Stripe at another location, you have two options:

      • Connect to an Existing Stripe Account: If your existing location, such as Studio Madison, already has a Stripe account connected, you can easily link the same account to your new location for consistency and easier management.

      • Connect a New Stripe Account: If you prefer to keep separate accounts for each location, you can connect a new Stripe account. This gives you complete flexibility to use one Stripe account for all your locations or have individual accounts for each.

  5. Complete the Connection:

If you're linking a new account, click "Connect Stripe." You'll be redirected to a Stripe screen showing the accounts you're logged into. Simply select the account you want to link with Kenko and click "Connect."

Once your Stripe account is linked, you are ready to start accepting payments through Kenko. Ensure you connect your Stripe account for each of your locations before proceeding with any further setup. All payments made through Kenko are handled via Stripe, and any saved cards are securely stored on your linked Stripe account for future transactions.
