In this video, we'll talk about how to create a class schedule for your studio. Follow these steps to set up and customize your class schedule:
Click on Classes.
Then click on Create a Class.
Give a name to the class. For example, Flow Yoga.
Select a category. This category will be shown in the app and website and can be used to filter classes on the customer app.
Add a description, e.g., Flow Yoga 60 minutes.
Set a start date.
If applicable, set an end date.
Define the class size.
Select whether it's a virtual class or an in-person class.
If it's a virtual class, choose between Zoom or adding a link manually.
Select an instructor for the class.
Set up prerequisites for the class, such as requiring completion of a Level 1 class for a Level 2 class.
Use tags to define prerequisites and automate this process with the journeys feature.
Customize the message shown to clients on the app and website.
Add a small description explaining why clients are not allowed for this class if applicable.
Select a cancellation and no-show policy for the class.
Select the level of the class.
Choose whether the class is visible to customers.
Decide if it's a featured class.
Allow customers to book for someone else if desired.
Repeat the class every week or every two weeks.
Select the days the class is applicable (e.g., Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday).
Set the class times (e.g., 6 a.m. to 6:40 a.m.).
Add additional time slots if needed.
Define the instructor's capacity and facility for each slot.
Adjust class size and instructor if the class is happening in a different facility.
Decide if the class is free or credits only.
Set the number of credits per class if applicable.
Select which pricing options can be used to book the class.
Review all settings and create the class schedule.
And voila! It took just five minutes to create a class schedule.
