In this video, we will discuss how to create a discount code and explore all the features of discounts.
Create Discount:
Click on "Create Discount". For example, if you're running a Black Friday sale, name your discount "Black Friday".
Location:
Choose whether the discount is applicable in your current location or across the whole region if you have a multi-location studio.
Discount Type:
Select whether the discount is a fixed amount or a percentage. For this example, we are using a percentage.
Discount Application:
Decide what the discount applies to:
Subscriptions: Choose whether the discount is applied once, forever, or for a limited time (e.g., 5 cycles). You can also select whether it applies to all or selected subscriptions.
Packages: Choose whether it applies to all or selected packages.
Courses: Choose whether it applies to all or selected courses.
Products, Quick Pay Appointments, and Gift Cards: Select accordingly.
Customer Eligibility:
This is very important. You can choose customer select tags to determine who can use the discount code. For example:
Tag customers with "high risk".
Tag customers who have not visited in the last 60 days.
Apply the discount to certain premium subscriptions only.
Allow only customers with select emails to use the discount code.
Visibility:
Choose whether the discount is visible to customers. If turned on, it will show up on their app and website. If turned off, they will need to copy and paste the discount code.
Usage Limits:
Limit the number of times the discount can be used in total to create a sense of urgency (e.g., only the first 50 people can use the discount code). You can also limit it to one or two uses per customer to prevent misuse.
Time Frame:
Set a start and end date for the discount. For a Black Friday sale, you might start on November 19th and end within that week.
And that is how you create a discount code in just five minutes. Thank you for watching!
