How to Handle Recurring Bookings in Kenko CRM

When managing recurring classes, some customers may wish to enroll in multiple sessions simultaneously. While individual bookings can be made through the app or website, Kenko CRM allows you to efficiently manage recurring bookings directly from the calendar. Follow these steps to book customers into multiple sessions:

Step-by-Step Guide to Booking Recurring Classes

  1. Open the Calendar: Access the Kenko CRM calendar and select the class you want to add the customer to.

  2. Book Customer: Click on "Book Customer" and select the customer's name.

  3. Choose Booking Option:

    • Book Customer into this Class: This option books the customer into a single session.

    • Recurring Classes: Select this to book the customer into multiple sessions within the same schedule.

  4. Select Recurrence Details:

    • Choose which days to include, e.g., Monday through Friday.

    • Set when the recurrence should end, either after a certain number of classes or on a specific date.

  5. Handle Full Classes: If a class is full, use the "Add to Waitlist" option to automatically place the customer there.

  6. Confirm Booking: Click "Confirm" to finalize the booking. Kenko will calculate the number of classes that match your selections.

  7. Select Payment Option:

    • Charge later if the customer prefers to pay as they go.

    • Charge now using credits if they have an active plan. Select the applicable plan from the drop-down menu.

  8. Complete the Booking: Click "Book" to finalize the process. The customer is now booked into all the recurring classes from Monday to Friday until the specified end date.
