Managing Product Inventory with Kenko

Kenko offers a seamless way to manage your product inventory as you make sales. The system automatically updates your inventory in real-time. However, if you need to restock or manually update your inventory, follow these simple steps:

Step-by-Step Guide to Update Inventory

  1. Access Products: Navigate to the Products section in your Kenko dashboard.

  2. Edit Product: Click Edit next to the product you wish to update.

  3. Navigate to Inventory: Scroll down to the Inventory section.

  4. Update Stock Levels:

    • For single location management, update the stock level directly.

    • If managing multiple locations, adjust inventory for each location from the same screen.

  5. Enter New Quantity: Input the new stock quantity.

  6. Save Changes: Click Save to update the inventory.

  7. Manage Variants:

    • If your product has variants, update each variant's stock individually.

    • Delete any variants that have been discontinued.

  8. Finalize Updates: Once all changes are made, click Save Changes.

After completing these steps, your product inventory will be up to date across all your locations, ensuring accurate stock levels and efficient inventory management.
