How to book customers into a class via calendar

Customers can book themselves into a class through your website or app. However, there are times when you might have walk-ins or customers who request to be added manually. Here's a step-by-step guide on how to book a customer into a class using the Kenko calendar.
Navigate to the Calendar: Start by accessing the calendar on Kenko and locate the class you want to book someone into.
Open Class Details: Click on the class. A side panel with the class details will open.
Book Customer: Click on the "Book Customer" button.
Search for Customer: Enter the customer's name in the search bar and select them from the list.
Select Payment Method: Choose the payment method for the booking.
If you select "Charge Using Credits," a drop-down of all available and applicable plans will appear.
If the customer doesn't have a valid plan, click "Purchase New."
If the customer has applicable plans, simply select the desired plan.
You can also choose to charge later, which will be covered in another video.
Finalize Booking: Once you've selected the plan, click "Book Using Credits."
And that's it! The customer is now booked into the class. To view more details, click the info icon next to the booking to see the full booking timeline.
