How to create class schedule

In this guide, we will walk you through the steps to create class schedules using Kenko. Follow these steps to efficiently set up your classes.
Navigate to Setup > Services > Class Schedule.
Click on Create Class to begin.
Enter the class name, class number, category, description, and image.
Note: Categories can be added under General Settings if needed.
Choose a start date for the class. This can be today or a future date.
This allows for flexible scheduling and advance planning.
Update the class size based on your studio's capacity or preferences.
Select the instructors who will conduct the class.
Choose the facility where the class will take place.
Assign a cancellation and no-show policy for the class.
Policies can be created under General Settings and selected from a drop-down menu.
Set the class level to help customers choose the right class.
Decide on the class visibility for customers on the app and website.
Visibility can be turned off if you prefer customers to contact instructors first.
Choose a class color for easy identification in the CRM calendar.
This color is for staff convenience and will not appear to customers.
Click on Next to proceed to schedule setup.
Select the recurrence of the schedule (e.g., weekly, bi-weekly).
Choose the days and time slots for the classes.
Use Apply to All to copy time slots to other days.
Set the price for the class.
Decide if the class can be booked with all memberships or restrict to selected ones.
Once all settings are updated, click on Create Schedule.
Your class setup is now complete!
